Debbie Sheets of SunTrust Mortgage has been a mortgage counselor for 4+ years. She attended East Carolina University & graduated in 1998 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She has helped over 250 families finance their homes. Debbie served as treasurer for the Women’s Council of Realtors & is a preferred mortgage counselor for the North Carolina Finance Housing Agency. She helps clients purchase new homes, consolidate their debt, refinance their current mortgage and purchase second home & investment properties. She has been able to build her business on referrals due to the excellent level of service she provides to her clients before, during & after their loan closes. As a result 80% of her current business comes from referrals.
Debbie resides in North Raleigh with her dog Oliver. She has one sister who lives here in Raleigh. The remainder of her family leaves in Eastern Maryland. Debbie’s focus is to help people make sound financial choices as they move through their life. She wants to see her clients grow to be financially secure so they can have the freedom to live their lives as they choose.

NC Licensed Real Estate Appraiser
Wesley A. Barnes joined Keystone Consulting Group, Inc. in May 2005 and is a North Carolina Certifed Residential Appraiser. Wes was raised in eastern North Carolina. He attended East Carolina University, majoring in Communications. Prior to joining Keystone, Wes worked as a residential appraiser with ASAP Appraisals, Inc.
Wes serves as both a residential appraiser for Keystone Residential Group, LLC, as well as a researcher for the commercial division, working with all commercial properties, including retail, office, multifamily, and industrial.
Wes and his wife, Alison, have two children and live in Cary, North Carolina. They have two Labrador Retrievers, who love to swim and fetch every possible minute. Wes enjoys numerous activities, such as soccer, football, swimming, running, water activities, and music. However, spending every minute possible with his family is what keeps him happy and motivated on a daily basis.
