Buyers : Important Note About Buyer Agency

The topic of Agency is discussed further on this site, but I wanted to point out to you, the potential buyer, that in most if not all cases, the buyer will not pay anything to their REALTOR® if they are considered their Buyer's Agent. Historically the commission is paid by the seller, so that means you pay nothing to have your interests represented by someone working for you.
