Part of our company policy is to list properties at 3.5% total commission. This business model has proved to be successful in many ways and does not and will not limit our service to our clients. By having this business model we are able to help homeowners save money and in turn we have the opportunity to help them find a new home as a Buyer’s Agent.

The requirements to be considered are:
*Must be a licensed full time REALTOR
*Must have at least 2 years full time experience
*Cannot be a Provisional Broker
*Must be in good standing with the NC Real Estate Commission
*Must join/maintain membership with the Triangle MLS, NAR, NCAR and RRAR
*Must sign company policy
